Imaging Centers. As of May 1, 2008,

locations are operated by Memorial Hermann.

Effective May 1, 2008, patients receiving services at our centers will receive
billing statements from Memorial Hermann for technical services and from Houston
Progressive Radiology Associates for professional services. You will not receive
a bill from River Oaks Imaging and Diagnostic.
