Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center (TMC) provides concierge services as an amenity to patients and their families. We can help with all outside services that you may need during your stay at Memorial Hermann-TMC, Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital or Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza.

Available services include:

Hotel Reservations
We have designated medical rates with nearby hotels. Call the concierge with information about the accommodations you need.

Restaurant Recommendations
We have a compiled a detailed list of restaurants ranging from quick and easy to elegant formal dinners. Several restaurants will also deliver meals to your room.

Transportation
The concierge can provide information and assist with reservations and other travel arrangements including: flight, transportation and parking.

Personal Errands
We can assist with your dry cleaning or laundry needs, grocery shopping and automotive services, among others.

Beauty and Spa Appointments
Call the concierge to request a haircut, beard grooming, pedicure, manicure or massage appointment.

Floral Delivery and Gift Baskets
We can send flowers, fresh fruit or cookie bouquet, popcorn tins, soothing bath products, or even wine and cheese baskets.

The Memorial Hermann-TMC concierge can also assist you with catering services, cakes for birthdays or special occasion and massage therapy, as well as tickets for concerts, theater performances and sporting and special events.

The concierge is located in the Medical Plaza across the sky bridge from Memorial Hermann-TMC. The hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
